Overview
Faŵl Vāē Ni̋ēkēä was founded durring the late 14th century in summer of the year 1281, by Trtêbê Èdshê Dyëmthe. The establishment of Faŵl Vāē Ni̋ēkēä was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Faŵl Vāē Ni̋ēkēä's construction back out of the project. Trtêbê Èdshê Dyëmthe pushed on reguardles, and Faŵl Vāē Ni̋ēkēä was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Faŵl Vāē Ni̋ēkēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Faŵl Vāē Ni̋ēkēä is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Faŵl Vāē Ni̋ēkēä is is constructed arround a series of restrictive baked earthen mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The city has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the city is well defended against anything short of an army. The brittle defences have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
A quick look in any direction shows Faŵl Vāē Ni̋ēkēä is filled with vices. There are many taverns, brothels are advertising their services on the streets, cardsharks are plying their illicit trade within public squairs, and every shop has at least three signs advertising various sales on goods. That alone wouldn’t be too noticeable, if it wasn’t just so omnipresent and overwhelmingly how the people of this city live. Or if the general public wasn’t so enthusiastically, openly, and merrily participating in these activities.

History
A vast influx of newcomers over the last 2 years has greatly spiked Faŵl Vāē Ni̋ēkēä's population. They may have been drawn by economic opportunities, or fled some pursuing peril, or been forcibly moved there by a ruler who wanted to dilute the existing native cohesion. The natives may not have the resources or opportunities to integrate these newcomers, and it may be that the new population has no desire to stay longer than is necessary.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century the Kami spared the town a natural disaster. One of Faŵl Vāē Ni̋ēkēä's local festivals commemorates this miracle.
